Burl Wood Office Furniture features a Merlot Finish 15
In
a rich merlot finish, this executive office furniture makes an impressive statement with its burl wood veneers from the Pacific
madrone tree which features a flaky, reddish bark. Each item in the collection is a finely tuned balance
of design and function. Offering exceptional styling and beautifully appointed details such as elegantly
etched glass doors on the desk hutches, solid wood fluted pilasters, solid wood bases and mouldings, clipped corners and picture
frame mouldings. The desktops stand in the spotlight with their straight grain cherry veneers, burl wood
madrone veneers and walnut borders, protected with a UV topcoat.
Overall construction is of straight grain
cherry veneers, burl wood madrone veneers, walnut veneers and selected hardwoods. The cases feature mortise
and tenon construction for the ultimate in strength and durability. Drawers boxes have solid wood sides
and backs with veneers and veneer banded fronts with a 3-ply veneer bottom. The drawer interiors are sealed
for dust proofing. All drawers also feature dovetail joint construction and are suspended on fully extending,
ball-bearing slides. File drawers are fully extending and are equipped with a metal file system for letter/legal
hanging files. All desks, credenzas and file cabinets have adjustable levelers.
